To the love of my life!

I remember the day I met Sam, he came into our office for a job interview and I told a co-worker nearby, "see that guy that just walked in? I'm going to marry him" she replied "Mary you are crazy" he got the job and 1 month later he asked me out for a date to a college basketball game and on our second date at a nice dinner he asked to marry me, I replied if you had asked me on the first date I would have said yes, he said he was going to but decided against it since it was only our 1st date, we were married 44 yrs this year and the love of my life passed away from cancer yesterday, I couldn't have asked for a more attentive husband, father, grandfather and most of all best friend. I will miss him terribly but thank God for each day I've had with him!
